A valid proof of address must:
- Show your full legal name and current residential address
- Be dated within the last 90 days
- Come from an official, recognized source
Accepted examples: utility bill, bank or credit card statement, government-issued correspondence (e.g. a tax document). Not accepted: parcels or delivery labels, handwritten notes, screenshots without visible sender/date info, or any document not showing your full name and address together. If your proof of address is missing from your submission entirely, you'll need to upload one before your verification can be completed — we can't process a payout without it.
