Your proof of address (POA) must be dated within the last 90 days. If your document is older than that:
- It will be declined even if it was accepted for a previous verification
- You'll need to upload a newer document that meets the 90-day requirement
- Common documents that work: a recent utility bill, bank or credit card statement, or government-issued correspondence
Once you upload a valid, current POA, verification typically completes automatically or within 1–2 business days if manual review is needed.
