Expired IDs can't be used for verification, even if they were valid when you first signed up. If your ID has expired:
- You'll need to submit a current, unexpired government-issued photo ID
- Any verification submitted with an expired ID will be declined, and you'll get an email with instructions to resubmit
- If you don't have a valid unexpired ID yet, your verification (and any pending payout) will stay on hold until you provide one
Once you upload a valid ID, verification typically completes automatically or within 1–2 business days if manual review is needed.
