If your bank account or card account is closed, or the details provided were incorrect, the receiving bank may return the funds. However, we can’t guarantee that the funds will be returned.
If the transfer fails and the funds are returned, you’ll receive an automated email letting you know the transfer was unsuccessful. This process may take 1–2 weeks.
Once the funds are returned to us, the Partner Platform will credit the corresponding amount to your platform account.
When you’re ready, you can initiate a new payout and update your payout details during the process.
