To update your payout details, simply initiate a new payout from the Partner Platform.
During the payout process, when you reach the payout method selection step, you’ll be able to:
- Select a different payout method
- Add a new payout method
- Remove any previously saved payout methods
Once you choose your preferred option, you can continue with the payout as usual.
Do note that this change will not affect existing transactions that have already been initiated.
Please also be reminded that transfers are processed based on the details you provide. Incorrect or outdated details may result in failed or delayed transfers, and we’re unable to take responsibility for such errors.
