Before you begin, note that the Partner Platform may have its own withdrawal rules — such as playthrough requirements, cooldown periods, or its own verification requirements — which can affect when you're able to initiate or receive your transfer. These are set and managed by the Platform, not Breeze. If you're unsure whether you're eligible to withdraw yet, check with the Platform directly.
To start, initiate a withdrawal and select Breeze as the payout method on the Partner Platform. You'll then be directed to our Breeze payout page to complete the process.
- Logging in to your account
You'll be asked to log in (or verify you're paying to the correct account) before selecting your destination country and currency.
- Choosing your payout method
Select how you'd like to receive your payout. Breeze supports several methods — see What are the payout methods available? for the full list, including bank account, debit card, and crypto.
- Confirming your payout
Review your payout details and click Confirm payout to proceed.
- Verifying your identity
If it's your first payout, you'll need to complete account verification before your transaction can be processed. This is separate from any verification the Platform itself may require. See How do I verify my account? for what's required on the Breeze side.
- Processing and timing
Your transaction will only begin processing once your KYC is approved. Once approved, Breeze processes the transfer to your account. Processing times vary by method.
- Checking status or resolving issues
You can track your payout at any time — see How do I check the status of my payout?. If something looks off, these articles cover common situations:
Need help?
