How do I verify my account?

When you make your first payout request on a Partner Platform, you’ll be redirected to Breeze to create or log in to your account. If your account has not yet been verified, you’ll be guided through a secure verification process.

To verify your Breeze account, you may be asked to provide:

  1. Personal information
      • Full legal name
      • Date of birth
      • Current residential address
      • Phone number (where applicable)
      • Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) for eligible U.S. customers
  1. Government-issued photo ID
      • A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID may be required.
      • Accepted documents may include a driver's license, state ID, passport, national identity card, permanent resident card, or other government-issued identification accepted in your country.
      • Temporary IDs, paper permits, and digital copies are not accepted.
  1. Selfie verification
      • You may be asked to complete a selfie or live photo verification to help confirm your identity.
  1. Proof of address (if requested)
      • Examples include utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence.
      • The document must show your full name and current residential address and be issued within the last 90 days.
  1. Source of funds information (if applicable)

Providing accurate information and documentation helps us verify your account and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

Most verifications are completed within minutes. In some cases, additional review may be required. If we need further information, we’ll contact you using the email address associated with your account.


Common Questions

  • Can I use a temporary or interim ID?
    • No, we can only accept valid, government-issued photo IDs that are not temporary or interim.

  • Can I use an expired ID?
    • No, expired IDs are not accepted. You’ll need a valid, unexpired ID.

  • What if I don’t have a proof of address?
    • You’ll need an official document showing your full name and current address — parcels, delivery labels, or temporary documents are not accepted.

  • Can I use a parcel or delivery label with my address on it?
    • No, parcels or delivery labels aren’t accepted. Only official documents from recognized institutions are valid.

  • Can I email you my documents or information?
    • Please only upload your documents through the Breeze verification flow or use the secure verification link that we send you. Email is not encrypted and sending sensitive information like IDs, SSNs/ITINs, or bank details via email is unsafe.
