Your payout may be rejected for a few reasons:
- You're currently in a state that isn't eligible to access or use the Partner Platform. See: My payout was rejected because of my location
- Your account isn't verified yet. Check your email to see if we've requested resubmission of your KYC info or any additional details, and complete those actions.
- Your payout method details are invalid. Make sure you're using a bank account or card registered in your own name, and that the details entered are correct.
The Partner Platform should return the funds to your account so you can retry. If the amount isn't returned, please reach out to their support team for assistance.
