If you see a message like this:
❌ Your payout was rejected "Unfortunately, the good or service you are trying to obtain is not available in the state in which you are currently located at this time."
This means our system detected that you're currently in a location where we're unable to process payouts for this platform, due to regulatory restrictions.
Please check if you are currently in a state that is eligible to access or use the Partner Platform. You can usually find this in the platform's Terms & Conditions, or by contacting their support team directly.
Note: these regulations can change over time. Even if you've successfully transacted on this platform from this location before, that doesn't guarantee it will remain eligible going forward — restrictions are updated periodically and may affect access without prior notice.
What to do:
- If you're in a restricted area but want to redeem your remaining balance, contact our support team to request for a payout grace period.
- If your current location is eligible but you’re seeing this screen, this is likely because:
- You’ve chosen not to share your geolocation, or
- You’ve previously disabled location permissions globally in your system settings, or rejected the location request accidentally.
How to share your location:
For iOS users
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and perform these steps:
- Ensure that Location Services is enabled

- Depending on the browser you’re using, click on “Safari Websites” or “Chrome” below and choose “While Using the App”

- For Safari, open up the Website Settings for the page and ensure that the Location permission is set to Ask or Allow.

For Android users
Go to Settings > Location and perform these steps:
- Enable Location Access

- For Chrome browser, open up Settings > Site settings > “Location” in the Permissions list > remove
payout.breeze.cashfrom Not Allowed list

- For other browsers, the steps are similar: open the browser’s site or privacy settings, go to Location permissions, and remove
payout.breeze.cashfrom Not Allowed list
For Desktop Chrome users
Click on the configuration icon in the address bar and enable “Location”, or “Reset permission”.
