How long do bank payouts take?

Bank payouts can take up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays and bank holidays) to complete, depending on processing times.

Once your payout request is submitted, we process it and send the details to our banking partner, who initiates the transfer through the banking network. The funds are then securely routed to your receiving bank and deposited into your account.

Payouts are processed during the business days and business hours of the financial institutions involved. Requests made late in the day, on weekends, or on public holidays may be delayed until the next business day.
