My payment is being declined for location restriction

If you see an error message saying, 'Unfortunately, we can't support customers in your location due to regulatory restrictions', it means that our system has detected that you might be located in an area with certain regulations that prevent you from making that payment.

Please check if you are currently in a state that is eligible to access or use the Partner Platform.

If you believe it is a mistake, you can click “Verify location” on the Geolocation Request and allow us to access your location.

“Restricted Access” issue:

You’ll see this screen if:

  1. You’ve chosen not to share your geolocation by clicking “Skip for now”, or
  1. You’ve disabled location permissions globally in your system settings, or rejected the location request accidentally.

How to fix it:

For iOS users

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and perform these steps:

  • Enable Location Services

  • For Safari browser, click on “Safari Websites” below and choose “While Using the App”

  • For other browsers, click on respective app and choose “While Using the App”

For Android users

Go to Settings > Location and perform these steps:

  • Enable Location Access

  • For Chrome browser, open up Settings > Site settings > “Location” in the Permissions list > remove pay.breeze.cash from Not Allowed list

  • For other browsers, the steps are similar: open the browser’s site or privacy settings, go to Location permissions, and remove pay.breeze.cash from Not Allowed list

For Desktop Chrome users

Click on the configuration icon in the address bar and enable “Location”, or “Reset permission”.
