I was charged but did not receive my purchase

The last four characters of the billing descriptor (eg. BREEZE*ABC*123a) should match the last four characters of the corresponding Reference or Order ID (eg. #123a) on the Partner Platform. You can also reach out to your bank to confirm if your payment went through.

If the transaction was declined, you may still see a pending charge — this is a temporary authorization hold placed by your card issuer. Depending on your card issuer, it can take a few business days for the hold to be released and removed from your statement.

If the charge has posted to your account but you haven’t received your purchase, please check directly with the Partner Platform to confirm what your purchase includes and whether it’s been fulfilled.
