Important: Confirm you're contacting the right company
Breeze is a Merchant of Record (MoR) that sells digital assets for our Partner Platforms — this can include subscription products. This is why you may see "Breeze" on your payment receipt or bank statement.
There are several unrelated companies called "Breeze". Before reaching out to us, please check the following to confirm you're in the right place:
- Billing descriptor — Our charges appear in the format
BREEZE*[PlatformName]*[4 characters](e.g.BREEZE*ABC*123a). If the charge on your bank or card statement doesn't match this format, it's likely from a different company that shares the Breeze name.
- Sender email — Check any subscription-related emails you've received, such as your sign-up confirmation, payment receipts, or renewal notices. If none of them were sent from an @breeze.cash or @breeze.com address, they did not come from us — please contact the company or use the support details in those emails instead.
To cancel your subscription with Breeze
- Find any subscription-related email from Breeze Search your inbox for any subscription email sent from an @breeze.cash or @breeze.com address. It will have our Breeze logo and details of your subscription.
- Click “Manage subscription” Find the "Manage subscription" button in the email and click it.

- Review your subscription details You'll see your current plan and renewal pricing. Check that this matches the subscription you want to cancel.

- Click “Cancel Subscription” to confirm
- Check for confirmation Once cancelled, the page will confirm that your subscription has been cancelled. You will not be charged again.

- Can't find the email? Contact us If you can't locate any email with the link to manage your subscription, contact us from the address you used to sign up and provide your Order ID or any billing descriptor.
