If your wallet shows “Sent” but your order isn’t confirmed, here’s what to check:
- Is the transaction confirmed on the blockchain?
- Did you send the sufficient amount for the order?
- Did you send the token that you selected?
- Did you use the network that you selected?
- Did you send to the exact address shown on the payment page?
- Was the payment page still active and open when you sent the crypto?
Possible Scenarios
Correct amount, token, network, and address
If the payment page was still active, the order should process automatically.
If the payment page was closed or expired, the order cannot be completed. To retrieve the tokens that were sent, you can return them to your own wallet by logging in to https://pay.breeze.cash/crypto/manage-token using the email that was used to initiate the order on the Partner Platform.
Wrong token on the correct network
We currently accept the following tokens for payment by crypto deposit:
- USDC
- USDT
- DAI
- ETH (only on Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Base)
- SOL (only on Solana)
If you accidentally sent one of the following tokens — BUSD, POL, cbBTC, or WBTC — you can return them to your own wallet. Simply log in to https://pay.breeze.cash/crypto/manage-token using the same email you used to initiate the order.
If you sent any other tokens by mistake, please contact us and provide the transaction hash.
Wrong network
We currently support:
- Ethereum
- Polygon
- Arbitrum
- Optimism
- Solana
- Base
- Binance
If you sent on an unsupported network, unfortunately we will not be able to recover or return the funds.
Wrong address
Always copy the wallet address directly from the current payment page. Do not save or reuse previous deposit addresses, as they may change.
If you previously completed a payment through Breeze and sent funds to a deposit address that was issued to you before, the order will not process automatically if the address is different from the one shown on your current payment page.
In this case, a manual refund may be possible after review. You can contact us and share your transaction hash, the token and network used, and a wallet address on the same network for the refund. We will verify whether the address belongs to Breeze and assist you.
If the destination address does not match your current payment page and was not previously issued to you by Breeze, then we did not receive the funds. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, and we cannot access or recover funds sent to unrelated addresses. If you believe that is the case, please contact the Partner Platform for assistance.
