What is Breeze?
Breeze is a Merchant of Record (MoR) that sells digital assets for our Partner Platforms, as well as provides redemption services for you to access funds owed to you by these platforms (i.e. payout).
This is why you may see “Breeze” on your payment page or bank statement.
How do payments work?
When you make a purchase from a Partner Platform that uses Breeze:
- You select a product.
- You go to checkout and choose a payment method.
- Breeze securely processes the payment.
- The platform receives our payment confirmation and credits the purchase to your platform account.
How do payouts work?
Some Partner Platforms use Breeze to send payouts to users, such as when you redeem rewards or withdraw funds from the platform.
When you initiate a payout from a Partner Platform that uses Breeze:
- You are redirected to Breeze to log in and enter the details needed to receive your payout.
- If required, you may be asked to complete identity verification (KYC).
- Once confirmed, Breeze processes the payout and sends the funds to your selected payout method.
