Breeze is a Merchant of Record (MoR) that sells digital assets for our Partner Platforms — this can include purchases and subscriptions made on platforms that use Breeze to process payments. This is why you may see "Breeze" on your payment page or bank statement.
First, check whether the charge is from us. Our charges appear in the format BREEZE*[PlatformName]*[4 characters] (e.g. BREEZE*ABC*123a). If the charge on your statement doesn't match this format, it is likely from a different company that shares the Breeze name — please use the support details in any payment or subscription emails you received from them.
If the charge does match this format, note that the date shown on your bank statement may be later than when the transaction actually happened. To help confirm, compare the last 4 characters of the billing descriptor (e.g. BREEZE*ABC*123a) with the last 4 characters of the Reference ID listed in your purchase history on the Partner Platform. If they match but the dates differ, the transaction was authorised earlier and processed later by your bank.
If you still don't recognise the charge, please reach out to us with the full billing descriptor, the charge date and amount, and your Order ID or Reference ID if you have it.
